① Check if the mist/intensity is too weak; if yes, please rotate the Control Knob to the MAX mark to increase the intensity of the mist.
② Check if the Water Level Indicator turns red; if yes, there is no enough water in the Water Tank. Please refill it with filtered or distilled water.
③ Check if there is any air coming out from the Nozzle; if not, please clean the Atomizer and the Base following the section of Scale Removal Instructions in the user manual.
④ The Base might be overfilled. Please remove the tank, empty the base, then place the tank on the empty base.
If the issue still exists, please contact us directly.
① Check if the Tank Cap is damaged. If so, please contact us for a replacement.
② Check if the Water Tank and the Base do not fit well. If yes, please fit them well.
③ Please do not directly add any water into the Base.
④ Please check the water level in the Water Reservoir. If the water level is higher than the Water Floater, please pour the water out of water reservoir, then put it back.
① Check if the Air Inlet at the bottom of the base is blocked; if yes, please remove the blocking objects. Make sure the Nozzle is not facing the wall or windows.
② Check if the Dustproof Sponge at the bottom of the base is dirty. If yes, please take it out and clean it, then put it back.
③ Check if the room is too humid and adjust the humidifier to a lower intensity.
④ Check if the room size is too small. Please open the door/windows or change to a larger room.

① The humidifier is not plugged in. Please make sure it is properly plugged into a socket.
② There is no power coming from the power outlet. Please try to use other power outlets.
③The humidifier is not turned on. Please rotate the Control Knob to ON/MIN.
① Check if there is no water in the water reservoir. If yes, please make sure the spring is fixed correctly to the bottom of the tank so that the water can pass through to the base.
② The water floater may get stuck. Please adjust it to a horizontal position and make sure it can rise with the water.
The tap water may contain too many minerals. When adding the water to the Water Tank, please add the filtered or distilled water.
The water in the Water Tank is going down to the Water Reservoir, which is normal when the humidifier is working.
The humidifier works for too long. Please power it off, then put it in a well-ventilated place for 10 minutes to let it cool down.
